Welcome to VFX reputation,
After years in the industry, I feel the need for a free zone where people in our business can tell it as it is, instead of reading through the linkedin endorsements that are always amazingly positive reviews on people and companies.
This doesn't mean that we all have to be cruel on each other, but at least be honest, behind anonymity (or not of course).
Please be honest and keep up the good work!!
